With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris began his journey as an apprentice carpenter and has since become a driving force behind OneLife Property Group.
Today, Chris leads the charge in delivering high-quality multi-residential developments across the Sunshine Coast. His vision is to transform the perception of townhouse construction by prioritizing attention to detail and craftsmanship. Every project is built with the same care and pride as if it were his own.

BEC TOLEMAN
DIRECTOR, DESIGN & SALES MANAGER
With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, starting as a contracts administrator, Bec has made her mark in a traditionally male-dominated field.
Her determination and versatile skillset have been essential to OneLife's success. Bec's passion for the brand is evident in every project, where she personally curates the finishes schedule, ensuring each development reflects its own unique identity.
Priding herself on leading by example, Bec’s resilience and commitment to following her passion is inspirational to other women, encouraging them to bring their skills to the table.
NATHAN BROOKER
CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
Nathan started his carpentry apprenticeship in 2004, after completion he undertook further study and obtained a Certificate 4 in Building & Construction.
Over the last 20 years he has worked as a carpenter in most aspects of building from renovations, investment and project housing as well as high end homes.
MELISSA SCHULZ
DESIGN ASSISTANT & ADMINISTRATOR
Melissa has been with Onelife Property Group since 2022. She grew up on the Sunshine Coast and is passionate about the area, having lived in beach-side suburbs as well as the hinterland.
With 10 years experience in the property industry and qualifications in both interior design and building design, Melissa’s broad knowledge is a great asset to the OneLife team.
