Chris Newland, with an extensive background in residential construction and management, contributes a wealth of experience to our team. CHRIS NEWLAND
DIRECTOR, CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Chris started his 22 year career in the construction industry as a carpenter working on various residential and commercial projects. In 2010 he made the shift into a supervisory role, building high volumes of investment homes.
Natural progression led him into a role as a Construction Manager for a major construction company, overseeing hundreds of homes per year across Victoria, NSW and QLD.
In 2019 with the dream of running his own construction company, started OneLife Property Group which he now operates and runs the construction side of the business.
BEC CLATWORTHY
DIRECTOR, DESIGN & SALES MANAGER
Bec started in Real Estate 25 years ago working in accounts, property management and sales. As the years progressed her true passion laid within design and construction industry.
Over the past 16 years Bec has worked in a number of reputable development, construction and interior design companies which has led her to starting her own development and construction company in 2019.
NATHAN BROOKER
CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
Nathan started his carpentry apprenticeship in 2004, after completion he undertook further study and obtained a Certificate 4 in Building & Construction.
Over the last 17 years he has worked as a carpenter in most aspects of building from renovations, investment and project housing as well as high end homes.
MELISSA SCHULZ
DESIGN ASSISTANT & ADMINISTRATOR
Melissa grew up on the Sunshine Coast and is passionate about the area, having lived in beach-side suburbs as well as the hinterland.
With 10 years experience in the property industry and qualifications in both interior design and building design, Melissa’s broad knowledge is a great asset to the OneLife team.
